Delivery Time:
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
Processing Time:
All Xenium items are ready to be dispatched, that means it can be shipped out within 24 hours.
Except For our PreSale Collection, the estimated processing time is about 5-10 working days.

Shipping Time:
Sometimes, due to various factors such as bad weather conditions ( storms...) or unexpected events(strikes...), you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your Xenium Jewelry to you as soon as possible.
Note:
*For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
* shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Xenium cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please rest assured that Xenium Team will do their best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
*Xenium temporarily does not support any transactions in Israel, North Korea, Syria and Iran.
